Course Information
Got a letter from the MVD? This class is here to help you reinstate your driving privileges in Arizona. If you received a Corrective Action Notice from the MVD or you received a Court Order to attend this program, you can sign up and complete this class.
- • Those who have a red light violation (28-645A3A) show up on the Motor Vehicle Record and the violation was NOT dismissed through our Defensive Driving Course.
- • Anyone under the age of 18 who paid a traffic citation instead of dismissing the ticket through our Defensive Driving Course.
- • Those who have accumulated 8 or more points on their record in the previous 12 months.
- • Anyone who received a ticket in another state that requires a Traffic Survival School completion.
- • Those individual who were ordered by the Court to complete a Traffic Survival School.
By completing this course, you are paying a Motor Vehicle Department Contractor fee of $49.17 (included in the total price of the class) to have your attendance in Traffic Survival School recorded.
- We reserve the right to charge a $15 processing fee when returning funds to the card you use to purchase this course.

Important Notes:
By completing this course, those who have received eligible moving violations will have the citations dismissed with no repercussions on your driving record. The course must be completed at least 7 days before your court deadline date.
